Yes. We are insured and bonded to operate in the State of North Carolina. Our employees go through a complete background check and are fully trained before being assigned to a client’s home.
What if I have pets?
No problem. We love pets! We only ask that any pets be put into pet crates or in a room that will not be cleaned. This is to “only” ensure the safety of your pets while we clean your home. We would never want our furry friends to be hurt accidentally.
Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
Tucker Home Solutions will provide the cleaning products and equipment necessary to clean the interior or exterior of your home. If a client prefers that we use a certain product or piece of equipment of theirs, or have any special instructions, that is not a problem, we will be happy to use what the client provides.
What products do you use that make you “Green”?
Tucker Home Solutions only uses products that are guaranteed biodegradable, non-toxic and eco-friendly. These products are chosen very carefully from a couple of different manufacturers, and sometimes our cleaning products are made in-house with carefully selected ingredients. The ingredients that we use in the products that we make in-house are simple. Consisting of baking soda, vinegar, salt, castile soap, lemon juice, and occasionally peppermint and lemon essential oils. Our vacuum cleaners are complete with HEPA filters and are partnered with the American Lung Association. Tucker Home Solutions only uses reusable microfiber cleaning cloths, dusters, and mops. We also use eco-friendly scrubby sponges and terry towels. All items are washable and reusable to help to keep landfill wastes down and keep our clients safe. We will never use items that contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) or petroleum-based products. It is very important to Tucker Home Solutions to protect you, your home and your pets, that is why we will never use anything that will cause headaches, asthma attacks or allergic reactions. Tucker Home Solutions wants only the very best for our clients so that they can have a cleaner indoor air environment.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Clients do not need to be home during the cleaning. We do require access to the client’s home. For simplicity, we request that clients provide us with a key to their home. Each client’s key will be specially marked so that it does not identify the client in any way and will be kept in a secure location at the office.
What if I am unhappy with the service?
Our service is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a client is unhappy in any way with the service that has been provided, please contact us immediately and we will come back to rectify the problem. If the client is still unhappy or the problem could not be rectified, we will refund the client for that service.

How do I schedule an appointment for interior or exterior services?

How do I pay for a service?
Currently, we ask that customers leave a check or cash at the time of service. If a customer does not leave a payment at the time of service, we will contact the customer at the time that we arrive as a friendly reminder to make arrangements for that payment. However, Tucker Home Solutions does reserve the right to not provide the service until it has been paid.
